This policy explains what information the Onyx Bills website (https://www.onyxbills.com/) collects and how it is used. Onyx Bills is a product of the brainhub | TECHNOLOGIES (DM BrainHub InfoTech Private Limited), referred to below as "we".
Information we collect
- Sign-up and contact forms. Name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name, country, chosen plan and any message you write.
- Technical data. Your IP address and browser user-agent when you submit the sign-up form (used to prevent abuse), and standard server logs.
- Country and language preference. Small cookies (ob_country, ob_lang) remember the country and language you choose so we can show prices in the right currency. We also infer a likely country from your network location or browser language to show relevant pricing.
How we use it
- To reply to enquiries and set up your account.
- To show prices and tax wording for your country.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam.
Who processes it
Messages sent through the contact form, and a copy of each sign-up, are delivered to hi@onyxbills.com by FormSubmit, a form-to-email service. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms apply. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers.
Retention
We keep enquiries and sign-up requests for as long as needed to respond and to manage your account, and for any period the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete the information you submitted by writing to hi@onyxbills.com. You can clear the country and language cookies in your browser at any time.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
